What is a RSS feed?

RSS or Really Simple Syndication is used to publish frequently updated content such as blog entries, news headlines or podcasts. An RSS document, which is called a "feed", "web feed", or "channel", contains either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text. RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with their favorite web sites in an automated manner that's easier than checking them manually.

What do I need to read a RSS Feed.

RSS Feeds can be opened directly in IE7 and Mozilla Firefox but are best viewed in a dedicated feed reader such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Feedreader.

How do I set up my feed reader software.

Each application is different but basically all you will need to know is the URL address to the RSS feed.  We have included our RSS Feed link below.

You can either click on the link and open it in your favourite RSS feed reader or right click and Copy Shortcut and paste straight into your RSS feed reader.
